"Buy Local" Tour and Cooking Class - Fresh Organic Tomato Sauce
We will begin the 6-hour class with a guided tour of Amish Farms and local merchants for ingredients, including a certified organic farm for tomatoes and other produce. Then, after a light lunch, we will learn to make fresh tomato sauce and use our delicious sauce in Gazpacho and Eggplant Parmesan.
