may be reserved at a rate of $140 per night on Friday
and Saturday, as well as the evening before most
Holidays. (NOTE: Effective March 1, 2008, Friday and Saturday rates will increase to $150.00 per night.) During the week, Sunday through
Thursday, the room rates are $110 per night. Please
contact us for special rates for an extended stay.

Rates are based on single or
double occupancy, and include breakfast. Additional guests may
be accommodated at an additional charge of $20 per
night. We can set up an additional twin
bed in either room.

On weekends, we serve a full
hot breakfast such as French toast, waffles, or
omelets. During
the week, a full breakfast is often served, but
on occasion, we find it necessary to set out a continental
breakfast such as freshly baked scones or quickbreads,
fruit, and yogurt. The weekday rate of $110
is priced for this smaller breakfast. (A
larger breakfast during the week is our treat!)

No sales tax, bed tax, or gratuity
is charged on the lodging. (Subject
to change if the village institutes a bed tax.) Sales tax is charged on the breakfast, only.

To confirm a reservation, a credit card number or advance deposit of one night's
stay is required. Guests who arrive after their
confirmed arrival date or depart before the final
day of their reservation will forfeit their deposit.
Guests who do not honor their confirmed reservation
will be charged 100% of the room charge for the
entire period reserved.

Because of our small size,
a cancellation can affect us greatly. Once
you have a confirmed reservation, we will turn down all other requests for the room for the dates of your stay. For this reason, please give us as much notice as possible if you must cancel or change your plans. A last minute cancellation (less than 48 hours before date of arrival) or no-show will forfeit the deposit amount or have one night charged to the credit card on file.

Check-in is between 4:00 p.m.
and 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival or by arrangement. Please
let us know your expected arrival time. Check-out
is no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Children are nearly always welcome, with the prior
agreement of the Innkeepers.

Contained pets may be accommodated, by prior arrangement
with the Innkeepers, with a security deposit.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere
in the house. If you must smoke outside, please place your cigarette waste in your vehicle.

You may bring your own alcoholic beverages.
To make a reservation, please call or e-mail
the Innkeepers. After your deposit is received,
you will be sent a confirmation of your reservation. Your
reservation is not complete without a written
or e-mailed confirmation.
